Starters:
Beetroot, apple & cumin soup served with rosemary focaccia £5.99
Smoked salmon & gruyere tartlet with rocket and lemon creme fraiche £5.99
Warmed fig topped with stilton served with a honey & walnut salad £5.99
Main Courses:
Whole oven baked trout with parsley & parmesan peas, new potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a white wine and leek sauce £18.99
Mediterranean vegetable Wellington, served with new potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a creamy red pepper sauce £14.99
Bacon wrapped chicken breast stuffed with haggis, served with herby roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a whisky and mushroom sauce £15.99
Puddings:
Salted caramel chocolate pots with homemade shortbread £5.99
Pannacotta with a rhubarb, gin and ginger compote £5.99
Conference pear poached in mulled red wine served with vanilla ice cream £5.99

Tables of 4 people or more will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person when booking, to avoid losses due to “no-shows”.
