DESCRIPTION:We are once again hosting the Borders Organic Gardeners Apple Festival\, but have brought it forward to September\, hopefully to benefit from better weather! \nApple Displays and Sales * Apple Juicing * Local Produce Stalls * Apple themed Food and Drink * Apple Trees for Sale * Children’s Activities * Information and Charity Stalls \nNew for this year  – buskers on both Saturday and Sunday. \nCentral to the Saturday and Sunday is the magnificent display of apples donated by Andrew McCarthy and Graham Ward from their renowned orchard\, originally developed by Alec West. We’ll have folk standing by to help identify those anonymous apples from your garden. \nBOG sells apples from members’ gardens in aid of charities with local links – so please do bring any surplus apples along on the day\, or ask us to pick them up – this year’s charity is the Borders Forest Trust. \nFree admission\, please bring cash as some stalls will be cash only.
